OutDaughtered stars Danielle and Adam Busby are in the middle of a major transition that’s prompting personal and professional life changes. The couple is opening up about why they’re headed towards the biggest upheaval of their life, and what’s next for their family of eight.

In the latest episode of their podcast More Than Reality, Danielle and Adam share candid details about the life shift. As parents to BlaykeAvaOliviaHazelRiley, and Parker, the couple says they feel this urgent pull, and reveal why the timing feels more important than ever.

“[Change] is not always easy. But that’s what’s going to make your family strong,” Danielle began.

Adam added, “Over the past few weeks, as we’ve been talking about the idea of moving, all the things that are happening in our lives, this basket we are holding up, God’s turned the basket upside down and told us ‘you are going to go through a big change.'”

“Things have happened in our lives that have forced us toward that change,” Adam continued. “A big one was the Graeson Bee stuff.”

“By allowing that to slip away, things progressed very rapidly. How long would we have tried to hold onto that? We’ve had struggles with Graeson Bee over the last three-plus years. Just on the building issues that have caused so many problems, including operating the store and other issues related to the building.”

Some of the issues related to Graeson Bee were addressed in a previous podcast episode, where the couple spoke of problems with roof leaks, as well as a strong sewage smell, which led the business to lose customers. Danielle commented, “No one wants to walk into a porta-potty and go shopping.”

The couple then addressed a second major change in their lives; why they were choosing to uproot their family. They feel they are being pulled to move to a smaller community, perhaps outside of League City, TX.

“I mean it’s not it’s not a decision that we take lightly,” Adam explained, before the couple revealed they are considering one particular home, a fixer-upper that has “character,” but didn’t reveal its location.

OutDaughtered is currently on hiatus. The series airs on TLC. The network has not officially confirmed a premiere date for Season 11.
