Big Brother star Jimmy Heagerty is officially off the market after announcing his engagement to longtime boyfriend Sean Horne in a romantic proposal.
The Big Brother 27 alum shared a stunning carousel of photos of him getting down on one knee, revealing he popped the question at the breathtaking Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston.
In the dreamy Instagram snaps, Jimmy proposed with a gorgeous ring box in hand in front of lush greenery and vibrant flowers while Sean appeared completely shocked.
Another photo captured the emotional moment Sean covered his face in disbelief before leaning down to kiss Jimmy after saying “yes.”
The newly engaged couple then posed together smiling ear-to-ear as they showed off Sean’s gold braided engagement ring while standing in the museum’s elegant courtyard.
Additional pictures featured the pair hugging, laughing together, and celebrating the milestone with champagne as sunlight shined through the historic venue.

Jimmy captioned the post with a whimsical quote from The Song of Achilles: “I would recognize you in total darkness, were you mute and I deaf.
“I would recognize you in another lifetime entirely, in different bodies, different times.

The reality star then added: “To forever and a lifetime.”

Jimmy and Sean have been together for several years, with Jimmy previously speaking openly about their relationship before entering the Big Brother house.
During preseason interviews for Season 27, Jimmy shared that he spent most of his free time with Sean and their pets.
Jimmy appeared on Big Brother Season 27 in the Summer of 2025 and quickly became a strategic threat early in the game.
He won Head of Household on Week 2 and aligned himself with several major alliances before his game ultimately unraveled midway through the season with a blindside elimination.
Big Brother Season 28 is set to premiere on Thursday, July 9, 2026, with a special 90-minute episode airing on CBS. Episodes will also stream on Paramount+.
