The reality star has already spoken with Moriah Plath and knows she appears okay with the news.

So, she makes plans with Lydia. The two have always been close. However, lately, Kim feels she is leaning more toward Barry. The Plathville matriarch has never had an issue with their relationship. But, in this situation, she wants to ensure the kids equally understand her side.

Lydia Plath is different from the other children. She wants to hold onto her faith and believe everything will work out as it is meant to. In her mind, Kim and Barry will work through their marital issues and continue their marriage.

Her mother does not want to hurt her. But she has things she needs to know and understand why she can no longer remain married to Barry.

Her mother explains to Lydia that for years she has alerted Barry of the growing problems. She tells her daughter that she feels it doesn’t matter.

Lydia finally responds by quoting scriptural reasons her parents should stay in the marriage. She continues standing her ground and slapping her mom with more Bible quotes to make her point.

Nothing she is saying seems to change Kim’s mind. She is ready to move on and find happiness. However, her daughter is not ready to give up the fight. She believes that her parents should honor their commitment.
