Well, a new promo released on TLC’s Instagram page revealed that the finale episode is going to capture Meghan’s awaited wedding.

However, the clip revealed that Meghan Crumpler seemed unsure about tying the knot before walking down the aisle. All her best friends, Vanessa, Ashley, and Tina were there to hype her up. But looking at her indecisiveness on such an important day made them worried too. Crumpler opened up about “freaking out” as she wanted someone to “change” with her. So, the 1000 Lb Best Friends star was afraid that after tying the knot, her partner, Jon, would just stop putting “efforts” into her. The star revealed to her supporters that she had to rush to the hospital with her partner.

Meghan was in “urgent care” with Jon. It happened after he got an “abrasion” in the cornea of his eye. While it was something that had happened to him before, they couldn’t figure out how it happened again. She wanted the viewers to say a prayer for him, hoping everything turns out to be fine.
