Liz Johnston and Brice Bolden are preparing for another major family milestone as they get ready to reveal whether their second baby will be average-sized or a little person.

In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek at Tuesday’s episode of 7 Little Johnstons, Liz and Brice gather the family to share the exciting update they’ve all been waiting for: is their second child, another baby girl, going to be a little person or average-sized?

While speaking with her parents, Amber and Trent Johnston, Liz opens up about her latest ultrasound appointment. She happily shares that the baby’s heart looked very healthy. But Trent, eager to know the one detail everyone has been waiting on, quickly asks whether the baby will be “big or little.”

Although Liz is caught off guard by his reaction, Amber explains that in families with dwarfism, learning whether a baby will be average height or a little person often carries special emotional significance.

“If you are an LP [little person] or part of an LP family, the real reveal is finding out if the baby is going to be average height or a little person,” Amber says. “That’s like the jackpot.”

Trent admits that while he and Amber would love their grandchild no matter what, the question naturally carries extra weight for their family. Even so, he makes it clear that what matters most is that the baby is healthy and loved.

Later, Liz and Brice call Emma, Jonah, Alex and Anna into the room for the big moment. Liz announces that they have officially learned whether their second daughter will be “little or tall.”

Trying to stay calm, the family listens closely as Liz pauses for dramatic effect before delivering the big news:

“Pretty much, your niece and granddaughter will be… Tall!”

The room immediately fills with cheers, smiles and surprise. Alex says he is excited for Liz and Brice as they prepare to welcome their second baby, while other family members admit they did not expect the result.

Emma says she was especially surprised because, throughout the ultrasound appointments, everyone had been saying that the baby looked petite.

Still, the family is thrilled for Liz and Brice as they get ready to begin this new chapter with baby number two.
