Leida found him passed out in his car and recorded it. While his wife helped Eric back inside, an argument started. Their baby woke up during the fight. Leida says Eric wanted to hold the baby, but she said no since he was drunk.
That’s when she recalls Eric slapped her. She told police this isn’t the first time he’s been violent since their 2018 marriage. Officers later found Eric still sleeping in the car.
